Room was spacious with a nice river view and the warm cookies at check-in were delicious. The pool was cloudy and needed cleaning. Happy hour at the bar offered some nice drink options. Parking fee seemed excessive for guests.

The room felt run-down, with peeling paint and a strange moldy smell. We even found water leaking down a wall, and we couldn’t escape the noise from kids playing late into the night. Total chaos.

Our room offered a stunning river view, making mornings refreshing. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. there were some noise issues; we faced industrial air conditioning units that disrupted our peace. The temperature control worked well, allowing us to set our ideal climate. Housekeeping could improve; we noticed some cobwebs and a dusty AC unit. the staff were consistently kind and courteous, enhancing our overall experience.

Convenient location, easy access to attractions. Walking distance to the Falls, Goat Island, and the nearby casino. Ideal for those who prefer a quieter stay, away from the crowd. Clean room, albeit a bit dated—a few corners could use more attention. Staff at the reception were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming, lacking in quality. One elevator for such a large hotel is insufficient, leading to frustrating delays. A rude bartender tarnished an otherwise pleasant dining experience. With a few adjustments, this place has the potential to shine even brighter. it falls short of what I'd expect from a Hilton.

Our trip to Niagara Falls was lit thanks to the killer view of the American Falls from our room. The DoubleTree staff were so chill and hooked us up with mad info on Wine Trail Tours. Perfect spot for a squad vacay or if you're just vibing in Niagara Falls.
Could use a more poppin' nightlife scene around the hotel for us young party animals.

The pros were that the staff was super friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was top-notch. The room service was also excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and temperature, which was a big plus after a long day of exploring. On the downside, some things could use improvement. For instance, the room furnishings were a bit worn, and the property itself seemed a bit dated. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, especially in the rooms, and the fridge in my room wasn't working properly. The kitchen utensils could also be upgraded – I missed having wine glasses and ceramic mugs for my coffee. I'd say the Doubletree is a decent option for a stay, especially if you value friendly staff and clean rooms. Just be aware of the little quirks and you'll have a comfortable stay.

we were given a free upgrade to a riverview room at check in and it was a beautiful view of the waters leading to the falls. the hotel is in a quiet location, and only about a 10 or 15 minute walk to the falls. the room was clean and beds comfortable. the size of the bathroom was impressive with lots of counter space and a large shower with good water pressure.

The riverside location was lovely, with a scenic walkway just across the street leading to the main attractions of the area. The onsite restaurant/bar offered delicious food, and the staff was professional, nice, and helpful.
The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, with dirty and smelly sheets, old rugs with insects, and possible bed bugs causing discomfort. The need for paying for parking and thin walls leading to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms were also drawbacks.

The location was awesome, super close to the Falls and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room had a killer view of the river and a cozy bed, plus a breakfast served until noon. I loved chilling at the spa after braving the cold outside.
The pool area was nice, but the jacuzzi looked dirty - not cool bubbling up dirt. got unexpectedly charged $15 daily for parking, and the coffee machine was useless to me.

With the hotel's prime location near Niagara Falls State Park, including Prospect Point and the American Falls, our family had a mesmerizing view of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
My children wanted more kid-friendly entertainment options.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Niagara Falls State Park, allowing me to easily explore the park and enjoy the beautiful river views. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. it was a great experience.
Beds were uncomfortably hard.

the hotel is super close to the park - just a short walk to all the falls and cool stuff. the place was really clean, and the staff were careful not to disturb us during our stay. we also enjoyed the yummy food from the attached restaurant.

I had a lovely stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The view of the river from my room was breathtaking. The cookies were delicious and the bathroom was excellent. My kids had a great time at the pool. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area.
